1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and spin ph ("spin ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the spin ph website located at spinph.one and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

spin ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of spin ph services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your spin ph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify spin ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

spin ph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spin ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spin ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your spin ph account dashboard and may be subject to change. spin ph reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using the spin ph Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

spin ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the spin ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of spin ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from spin ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any spin ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spin ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, spin ph specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond spin ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, provided that spin ph takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues promptly.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, spin ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
